Tastes like chocolate milk. Has a bunch of essential vitamins and such. It's a good item for meal replacement each one is 240 calories and has about 20% of your protein so if your trying to loose weight you could have this Instead of a meal, drink it with half a bag of popcorn and drink water we with sweet n low in it. And you could cut alot of calories ( fun fact, butter free popcorn burns more calories then it provides, you would starve to death if you just ate popcorn nonstop. Same for lettuce, and same for snow)

I have been a Optimum Nutrition guy for many years but switched to these for a change. Not only are they delicious, they have 100 more calories than ON Gold Standard, 10g of protein, 3g fiber, and you get a 24 pack for the price is a 12 pack of the O.N. If course there are trade-offs, O.N. has twice as much protein, but the serving is bigger, 11oz vs 8oz. And only 1g sugar vs 11 in the Carnation version. They're comparable so far as vitamin and mineral content. Still, the Value is tough to beat, and double the price is hard to justify unless you're a pro athlete.

Short Version: these taste good, keep me full enough not to want to snack, and saves me from spending $15 on breakfast & lunch outside in these streets. Long Version: Since I got RIFed from my Federal contracting job in late April I have been working 7 days a week - a 1099 solar panel sales job during the week and a pt time weekend concierge security job for a VIP lobbying firm - and I just don't have a lot of time to meal prep, so I got two cases of these protein shakes to take with me to work each day. I bring four with me every shift. Two for breakfast and two for lunch. And these keep me satiated the whole day. I make sure to drink plenty water in between so my kidneys won't clog up with all the protein and to help the fiber do it's job in my intestines. They taste good, and I was worried I would get the bubble guts when out walking the earth in this mid-Atlantic heat/humidity and I was absolutely fine. This saves me time and money. And isn't that a blessing?!

Just tastes great still. Pop the cap off and drink. Love the vitamin amounts - perfect balance . Perfect to use in a shake or smoothy too.
