First one didn't work, but the seller was amazing in customer service
First review: Excited to have it, it looked perfect, but didn't work... motor rotated it, but no lights at all. Too bad, would have loved this for our treeSecond review: Seller immediately worked to rectify the situation. The new tree topper is on our tree now and is great. Love it. Couldn't ask for better customer support from the seller and the product is well worth the price paid.

I am editing my review just to ensure everyone knows the seller made this product right for me!). Thank you!!!!I just received mine and it is not securely attached in the spot where it rotates, so when it rotates, it is not staying straight. 😢It gives off beautiful light, but also reading where it doesn’t last very long.So disappointed because this was exactly what I wanted/needed for my tree.

Perfect for what we were looking for. The star just occasionally flickers. I thought it was the outlet but does it with other outlets. Otherwise has been perfect.

1st one did not work , contact the company and had a replacement very fast . Good customer service and looks great on my Christmas tree

Worked great for an hour
Item worked great for an hour or so. Now it flickers. Huge disappointment. Lately everything I have ordered from a Amazon has been defective. Returns are super inconvenient even if they are free. This is the 5th items I have to return in a matter of weeks.

I like it but it’s not the best.
I like this star a lot but I had no idea how to connect it to the tree! It had like a stick at the bottom as if I were suppose to stab the star into the top of the tree or something. It could’ve used a cone connecter. We had to zip tie the star to the tree and the star comes with two zip ties almost like that’s how it’s suppose to go. It would tilt a little. The star also spins which was a pleasant surprise I liked that. The lights would flicker a lot here and there and would make a clicking noise a lot. Beware of getting glitter everywhere!
