Good eats are excellent books!
I have several of them and they are all large detailed well written with plenty of graphics. The binding is very well done/high quality and lays flat easily. Paper is high quality. I haven’t read through much of it yet but it looks as good as the previous ones.Compared to some other cookbooks I purchased, this one is a much better value. I’m sorry but if I’m going to pay thirty bucks for a book I want it to last. Good binding cover paper etc. if I note anything else after reading I’ll update the review. But the biggest question I always have about purchasing a book online is the quality. All the Alton brown books have been excellent in that regard!

Love it
I love Alton Brown and watched Good Eats all the time. This book has so many recipes from his show, along with tips and such that everyone should know. Over 400 pages of great stuff.

If you like Good Eats recipes, this is a must have
This book has several of my "go-to's," but updated with new helpful hints, suitable ingredients, and updated cooking methods (chicken Kiev, chicken piccata, green bean casserole, chicken stock, chicken soup... the list goes on).It's also hilarious, entertaining, and just a fun reference to go to whenever I find myself in possession of one random ingredient or another.Have you ever put your 6 month old baby down for bed, and then thought "hm, in my two hours of precious quiet alone time, I think I'll read a little of a cookbook..." ??? Yea. Me neither. But here I am.P.S. the 6 month old also adores the beautiful photos, the mint syrup photo is especially mesmerizing.

Best of the Good Eats cookbooks
This is the last of the series of cookbooks based on "Good Eats" and I think it's the best. First, it has updated and improved recipes from "Good Eats: Reloaded" and then it also has recipes from the re-booted "Good Eats." What makes it even more fun is that Alton has included a bunch of info and photos from behind the scenes of the making of the shows.Like "The Food Lab" and "The Wok" by J. Kenji Lopez-Alt, this is a rare cookbook that you actually can sit and read, like a real book. The best part is that you'll WANT to sit and read it - at least I do.

Good stuff and arrived in perfect condition.
Happy to have another volume of Alton's cookbook.Arrived in perfect condition and the contents are just what I would expect from his company.I also attended his traveling show and it really ties the two together. If you are a fan, I'd really recommend it. It's too bad that the autographed copies aren't offered here as well. I only found out about them at his show and then from an email from his website.I've used many of his recipes to experiment with and I appreciate the history, science, and anecdotes included in the cookbook.

Who doesn't love Alton Brown! His recipes are easy to follow, classic recipes that are clearly easy to accomplish.

Cool book
I liked it because I learn the history behind some of these dishes and the science behind food and cooking I have his other ones as well I think it is excellent for anyone who was a fan of good eats

Big Book!
Classic style Alton recipes with science details and good photos. But a very tall and wide book not so conducive to smaller kitchen cooking
