Case Cover compatible with Garmin eTrex 30 20 10, Made in the USA by GizzMoVest LLC Wht.

This is a well-made little cover. It has dimples on the sides so you just press on the outside to activate any of the buttons. The side button feel is different from just the bare Etrex but they work much the same way as without the Case.The protection is pretty good. The cover is rigid, yet kind of flexible so it gives me the impression of something that can take some abuse and spring back.Now I don't have to worry about what type of surface I set my Etrex down on (or drops) The Cord is threaded thru extra sets of holes on the backside so it serves most of the purpose of a belt clip even though there is none, plus gives me lots of options for attaching.So far I just use the lanyard as a wrist leash.Adds slight bulk to the Etrex but the cover seems tough and weighs almost nothing.Shipping was fast. Arrived earlier than Amazon predicted.I am well pleased with this purchase.

Hey GuysJust wanted to do a little review about my new case from GizzMoVest for my Etrex 20. I purchased this from Ebay for $25.95USD with free shipping. There are two different colors, the white/gray with a yellow lanyard like the one I have and a Black with a blue lanyard. I decided to purchase this case for its ruggedness and durability to know that my unit will be safer from accidental drops. Also it looks great and feels great in my hands due to the rubberized rough grip it has.The Case comes with a lanyard that has 2 push clip locks to hold the case closed and another one for any other use. It has a small plastic carabiner type clip at the end. The inside of the case is lined with a cloth material which is soft and easy on the unit so you wont see that wear on the unit itself. That scratch like wear you see from plastic cases over phones or laptops. I think you get the idea.The unit was easy to install.. fits perfect around my Etrex 20. The case lays flat around the screen which like mine I have a screen protector so it keeps that down well. The edges line up very great around the case.The sides have a lined indent for where the buttons on the unit are. The inside of the case has a small button to push down on the units buttons. It may seem hard to push down but it really is not due to the indentations on the case. Very easy to feel to distinguish between the different buttons also.It is just a great all around case. I like it a lot. I did however happen to switch out the plastic carabiner clip for a Garmin carabiner clip because the one it comes with was too small for certain things to clip on. But other than that, great case. It may be bulky to some people but I do not mind it at all.GizzMoVest also has a warranty along with it. You can return it if you dont like it, functions, or even if it gets bumped into a camp fire. You can return it for a refund or a replacement.

My wife bought a GizzMoVest case for my eTrex 30 knowing that I have a knack for dropping expensive electronics. I primarily use my eTrex for geocaching. At first, I thought, because of the mountainous terrain in PA, I hadn't set something right. The GPS would be off by about 50'. Then I realized I couldn't do the compass calibration. As soon as I removed the case, everything was spot on and operational.The case is nice and rugged. It will protect your gear very well, but I noticed a lack of accuracy.
