As other buyers may be presented with multiple options here on Amazon, and not knowing which company to make a purchase from, they can delay or even avoid making a large purchase. I need to say this company has been outstanding in communicating and assistive at every point of this transaction, providing me with an outstanding product worthy of showing off to everyone! I purchased a large custom-sized blind with personally selected colors, choosing to get motorized option with a remote and a charging cable; they even let me select what side I got the charging port for the motor. Everything was absolutely great when it arrived! The installation brackets are easy to install, as well as the blind itself. Charging and the remote control are easy! The exact window size I provided, gave me the exact size blind for my window. Perfection! Everything about the product and the company is well-above standard! In my personal experience recently, I've experienced significant financial losses due to poor business standards and poor quality - this is not the case with Hiladuo! I will definitely do business again and gladly purchase additional motorized blinds from them! Thank you Hiladuo!

I first bought one roller shade, after installation and testing for a few weeks 8 ordered five more and have had no issues with any of them. The installation instructions points to videos on their website which is but very convenient but I was able to work through that and texted/emailed the seller couple of times on the first install. They were quick to respond and very helpful. The google integration is not the best and is patchy, but I mostly use the remotes and have them scheduled through the Smart Life App, and it works fine. The best thing and why I gave five stars to this seller is how helpful they were in upgrading my existing shades. After I installed the first six windows, I had three big ones that had beautiful shades and I wanted to motorize them. I took pictures of the tube, shade and after several text messages, the seller gave me options to keep the fabric of the existing shade and change the tube, motor, valance and wall mounts. Practically saving me hundreds of dollars. Of course installation was a little more than a ready made shade since I had to disassemble, staple and assemble the new parts but it was all done in 1.5hr for three large windows. The result is awesome and so far all windows have been working well (almost two months after installation). Highly recommended and great value for the price.

I’d be lying if I said that I wasn’t expecting some hiccups or quality issues when I ordered this, as the price seemed reasonable too good. However I’m pleasantly surprised at both the quality and the time it took for me to receive. I used these on 7 different windows, 4 of which were separate sizes, and they fit to exact size. I was quoted from a blinds company for around 4000 for the same windows and coverage. The remote pairing was simple , and the instillation process was easy. I highly recommend these and will probably order more down the line.

Do yourself a huge favor and don’t buy these. I know it’s tempting, but you will just waste your time and lose your mind. I am a contractor. I am handy. I’ve installed many different brands of these. These are by far the worst. First, they arrived with no mounting brackets. Then once all the shades were installed, I could not pair the remotes. I watched their YouTube videos and any instruction I could find online. No success. The biggest problem is that you won’t be able to contact this company. There is zero customer support. They are not a US company as advertised. This might as well be a scam. Good luck, buyer beware.

These shades are beautiful and sturdy. I liked that I could customize the color, size, and other features to meet my taste and needs. However directions for installing the shades were totally inadequate. The video provided did not include any details for hanging the exterior mounted shades I ordered. And the written instructions under Customer Support didn’t even apply to my type of shades. We eventually got them hung but never did figure out the purpose for the pointed parts pictured.; hopefully they weren’t critical to the installation. The instructions for programming the remote for my motorized shades were easier to follow, especially after I noticed the very fine print that said step 3 needed to be completed within 10 seconds of step 2. It was fairly simple to program all 4 shades to the same remote, but now I have 3 remotes I don’t need because each shade came with one. I’m guessing when ordering I should have added a remote to one shade order, then ordered 3 more shades without this feature. I’ve included a photo of how the shades look in my sunroom. Overall I am very pleased with them; I just wish the installation could have been easier.

I barely know how to use a drill, and I installed my motorized blinds, all by myself! I thought it through, and carefully strategized how to install four brackets (w:76 inches ➗3) all alone. I will be purchasing another motorized blinds with the coupon I got for a next purchase. I’m so happy, I have zero skills, and I DID it, yay!

We custom ordered these in white for our front room window, and LOVE them. We got the Zigbee version for Home Assistant integration and had to use a custom quirk for a month until the next Home Assistant update pulled in the quirks; future buyers *should* be able to just use them out of the box, now! They're one of our more reliable Zigbee devices, and have never dropped offline or taken more than a moment to respond. *Much* cheaper for the size than other more well-known brands (even IKEA!) and the ability to custom order to match your window perfectly is great. The only hitch we had was that no installation instructions came in the box, and the YouTube video I could find online was not the most helpful. But their customer support through Amazon was friendly and helpful, and we figured it out to get them mounted. Some ideas for automations: automatically closing blinds (and dimming lights) for our kids' quiet time; close 30 mins after sunset for privacy; open 30 mins before sunrise to allow natural light in the morning; automatically close when starting to watch something; Home Assistant Nabu Casa for Google Home integration; etc. So many options for automation that we really never use the included remote. :)

I absolutely love my HILADUO Motorized Roller Blinds! I actually love them so much I've bought five sets for my house. The fact that they're customizable is a huge plus – I was able to get exactly what we needed for our different sized windows. Programming them was surprisingly simple, and charging them (the plug-in kind) is a cinch. The battery life is fantastic – it lasts quite a while, which is a huge plus. And the fact that one remote can control multiple blinds is incredibly convenient. The remote itself is also very easy to use and program. The best part is the convenience, especially since I have some upper windows that were always a pain to adjust. Now, I just grab the remote and can control all the blinds at once. I can even set it so just some close at a time, which is perfect for managing the afternoon sun. I also opted for the valence option, which gives them a really polished look. If you're looking for an easy and modern way to manage your window coverings, I highly recommend HILADUO Motorized Roller Blinds. (I can't comment on the installation process since my significant other installed them, but he didn't complain too much, so I'm guessing it wasn't too difficult! They all arrived quickly and were packaged nicely.)

Purchased these roller blinds and they fit perfectly onto my window. The product was received shortly after placing my order even during the holiday season. The installation was relatively simple, and the remote works seamlessly. They fit the aesthetic and add a nice modern touch to my room. Quality seems to be great so far, and will definitely buy more if I need them for my other rooms as well!

Depuis 2-3 mois que je l'utilise, je suis vraiment satisfait de ses performances. Le design est très élégant, avec des finitions soignées qui apportent une touche moderne à ma fenêtre. La qualité des matériaux est vraiment au rendez-vous : robuste, bien conçu, le store semble fait pour durer. L'installation a demandé un petit temps d'apprentissage - la notice n'est pas des plus détaillées - mais une fois compris, c'est d'une simplicité déconcertante. Le grand avantage, c'est le gain de temps quotidien avec la télécommande. Le store est silencieux, très pratique et s'intègre parfaitement dans ma décoration intérieure. Pour le prix, les performances sont vraiment impressionnantes et dépassent largement mes attentes initiales. Je recommande fortement ce produit à qui cherche un store électrique fiable et de qualité. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, idéal pour un usage quotidien et qui apportera un petit côté high-tech à votre intérieur. Quelques détails mineurs à améliorer peut-être, mais globalement, un très bon investissement que je conseille sans hésiter !

I did not use the included wall anchors. I drilled the wall and used screwed anchors. The holders designed with a spring made it easy to install by one person. Charger cable is very long. Remote works well. Movement is smooth with a gradual slow down before stopping at the limit set. I had some difficulty putting it in pairing mode for zigbee. A green light appears when it’s in zigbee pairing mode. I added it to Home Assistant using zha. HA can set position to a specific percent of travel. I’ve been using it for a few weeks with no issues. They automatically open in the morning and close in the evening. I adjust them manually using the remote as needed. I’m happy with the product and would buy again..

Love the blinds and easy installation

Saved ourselves several hundreds of dollars ordering this blind.. it is beautiful and fit perfectly on our patio door.. We have had it now for 7 months and it works so good. It’s not loud and runs so smoothly.. every night and morning when I press the remote to close or open the shade and I smile with gratitude for it ..
