Q: Can these fit on any solar panel

I have Bluetti and Rockpals solar panels and these connect fine.

Q: Anyone have tips on how to put pieces together properly?

I do crimp, only to get the "ears" out of the way but I also solder for the best of both worlds.

Q: will these accept 6awg ?

I’ve used 10 awg and 8awg. 8awg was very tight. I don’t think 6awg is doable. You would have to shave the insulation to get it to go through the plastic hole and even more for the inner locking pieces. Plus, there is no way to get a crimp on the wire to the conductor. You would have to solder it. And you may not even be able to snap it into the plastic housing.
