Is this shipped with a cold pack?

No, and that’s disappointing because in the answers section on another one of this company’s products (the 60/60, I think it was), the company responded that as long as it’s ordered from the official company via Amazon, it would be sent refrigerated. So I made sure I was ordering from Vital Planet Inc as the seller and nope, didn’t come refrigerated. I order another probiotic that’s slightly less expensive here on Amazon and it always arrives in a styrofoam case with an ice pack inside. If that company can do it, there’s no reason Vital Planet can’t, especially considering how pricey this product is.

Is this product refrigerated during shipment?

No. Another responder on this question said she called the manufacturer and they told her it doesn’t need to be refrigerated during shipping, only after opening. If that’s true, I’d like to know why the bottle I just received [with no cold pack or insulation] clearly says, “Store at 41°F (5°C) or below, Keep refrigerated.” My package arrived on the afternoon of an 89°F day. I’m not happy.
