Q: Can this be used on the exterior of the car to remove things like bird droppings

Do not try to remove bird poop on your car with any paper products - including armor all wipes, it will scratch as the dropping have rocks and other stuff in it and the paper will scratch. Use a lot of soap and water and a microfiber of car sponge.
