Featuring a symmetrical nipple with a 94% acceptance rate, a breathable curved shield to protect sensitive skin, and a convenient sterilizer case for 3-minute hygiene, these BPA- and BPS-free pacifiers are manufactured in Europe to exceed top safety standards, ensuring premium comfort and oral health for your baby. ## Description The MAM Original Start Newborn Pacifier is thoughtfully designed especially for newborns to provide exceptional comfort, reassurance, and healthy oral development for babies from 0–3 months. Developed in collaboration with medical experts, this pacifier combines medical expertise with baby-approved comfort to help soothe newborns naturally and confidently from the very beginning. The MAM Original Start offers a super comfortable feel that is soft, flexible, and gentle on delicate gums and developing mouths. The nipple features MAM’s thin, breast-like SkinSoft™ silicone, designed to feel familiar to babies and support a natural latch—making it an excellent choice for breastfed babies. The symmetrical nipple design means there is no “right side up,” so the pacifier always sits correctly in your baby’s mouth. This specially shaped nipple supports healthy oral development and has been shown to be highly accepted by babies, with a 94% acceptance rate among those tested. Parents can feel confident choosing a pacifier that babies instinctively accept and enjoy. For sensitive newborn skin, the breathable curved shield is designed to allow maximum airflow while leaving room for little noses. Inside the shield, small dimples help minimize irritation by reducing pressure points and supporting gentle contact with your baby’s skin—helping keep cheeks comfortable during extended soothing. Each MAM Original Start Pacifier includes a bespoke sterilizer carry case, making hygiene simple and convenient. The pacifier can be self-sterilized in just 3 minutes, ideal for busy parents at home or on the go. The smooth design is also easy to clean, with no hidden areas where bacteria can collect. Proudly manufactured in Europe, the MAM Original Start Pacifier is made from Skin Soft silicone and produced to exceed both American and European safety standards. Like all MAM products, it is BPA- and BPS-free and created with uncompromising attention to quality, safety, and baby comfort. The MAM Original Start Pacifier delivers a trusted combination of medical expertise, baby-approved comfort, breathable design, and European quality—making it an ideal everyday pacifier for newborns and young babies. Review: Our favorite pacifiers from baby to toddler - These have been our favorite pacifiers by far! My newborn didn’t end up loving them for very long, but my toddler absolutely did—and still does at 2.5 years old. We actually had to size up to the larger version because he loved them so much, and now we’re having a hard time convincing him to give them up! The nipple shape was never rejected, and they never caused any skin irritation or redness around his mouth, even with frequent use. They’re lightweight, durable, and come in so many adorable colors and designs. I also love that some styles glow in the dark, which makes finding them during nighttime wake-ups so much easier. MAM also makes a pacifier clip specifically designed for these, which works great, but they’re compatible with regular pacifier clips too. Overall, they’re high quality, comfortable, and have been a favorite in our house for years. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable pacifier! Review: THE BEST!!! - These were recommended to us by some friends before we had our little one and these pacifiers have consistently delivered. They've made our parenting journey smoother and more enjoyable. They have helped calm our babe. If you have a breastfed baby who's particular about pacifiers like my little one, I highly recommend giving these a try. They offer the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style. We've purchased them multiple times and will continue to do so without hesitation. A must-have for any new parent! Breastfed Baby's Best Friend (5/5): Our baby, who is exclusively breastfed, can be quite particular about pacifiers. However, the MAM Original Start Matte pacifiers have won our baby's heart. They mimic the shape and feel of a mother's breast, making the transition between breastfeeding and pacifier seamless. Our little one took to them instantly and found comfort and satisfaction in these pacifiers. This was great because our little one rejected many other pacifiers Sterilization on the Go (5/5): One of the standout features of these pacifiers is the convenient sterilization case they come with. Being able to quickly sterilize the pacifiers in the case is a game-changer, especially when we're on the move. It provides peace of mind knowing that our baby's pacifier is always clean and safe. Durable and Easy to Clean (5/5): These pacifiers are not only well-designed but also durable. They withstand frequent use and washing without showing signs of wear and tear. The materials used are easy to clean and maintain, which is a big plus for busy parents. Stylish and Matte Finish (5/5): The matte finish on these pacifiers adds a stylish touch. It's not only visually appealing but also provides a secure grip for our baby. The design is simple and elegant, which we appreciate. We also match our pacifier to our baby's outfits which looks so cute lol ## Features - SUPER COMFORTABLE FEEL : A smaller pacifer designed specially for newborn babies, with Skin Soft silicone - DEVELOPED WITH ORTHODONTISTS and pediatric dentists with a breast like thin SkinSoft silicone nipple for a familiar latch & lasting comfort - SYMMETRICAL NIPPLE : No right side up supports healthy oral development these specailly-shaped nipples have a 94% acceptance rate. - SMALLER BREATHABLE CURVED SHIELD : Specially designed for maximum breathablity for your newborn babies sensitive skin with room for little noses - MINIMIZED IRRITATION : Little dimples inside the shield protect your new born baby - STERILIZER CASE INCLUDED : Self Sterlize in 3 minutes in the bespoke carry case, and easy to clean. - MANUFACTURED IN EUROPE from Skin Soft silicone to exceed American and European safety standards ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B09H7M7HQ1 | | Age Range (Description) | Baby | | Age Range Description | Baby | | Best Sellers Rank | #596 in Baby ( See Top 100 in Baby ) #19 in Baby Pacifiers | | Brand | MAM | | Color | Teal / Cotton | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 4,549 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00845296006448 | | Item Highlight | Skin Soft Silicone Nipple, Developed With Medical Experts Specially For Smaller Newborn Mouths, BPA-Free, Made In Europe | | Manufacturer | MAM | | Material | Silicone | | Material Type | Silicone | | Material Type Free | BPA Free, BPS Free, Lead Free, Phthalate Free | | Model Number | 0644-012-0-1 | | Number of Items | 2 | | Number of Pieces | 2 | | Part Number | 0644-012-0-1 | | Pattern | Animal Print | | UPC | 845296006448 | | Unit Count | 2 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** MAM - **Color:** Teal / Cotton - **Material:** Silicone - **Material Type Free:** BPA Free, BPS Free, Lead Free, Phthalate Free - **Pattern:** Animal Print ## Images ![MAM Original Start Baby Pacifiers 0-3 Mths Skin Soft Silicone, 2 Pack - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71KWXvvmP1L.jpg) ![MAM Original Start Baby Pacifiers 0-3 Mths Skin Soft Silicone, 2 Pack - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/710FvFTNzOL.jpg) ![MAM Original Start Baby Pacifiers 0-3 Mths Skin Soft Silicone, 2 Pack - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71dE+3PNPtL.jpg) ![MAM Original Start Baby Pacifiers 0-3 Mths Skin Soft Silicone, 2 Pack - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71Aay3EtjtL.jpg) ![MAM Original Start Baby Pacifiers 0-3 Mths Skin Soft Silicone, 2 Pack - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71vZJQ5GfSL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our favorite pacifiers from baby to toddler *by L***D on June 28, 2026* These have been our favorite pacifiers by far!
