I ordered several of these decorative tissue box holders in blue/green and the ivory. I returned the blue/green ones as they were an ocean-blue color, not green. The ivory ones are very pretty and look expensive. As others have commented, the boxes do have a slight odor to them, so I left them outside for a few days, added a few dryer sheets and sprayed them with Febreze. There is still a slight odor, which makes the tissues smell. Also, a standard box of tissues is too tall, so you have to take the tissues out, otherwise the box won't close. You can only put about a half of box of tissues into the decorative tissue box. In spite of my "complaints", the decorative tissue box looks better than a tacky cardboard tissue box!

The box is lovely and looks great. I did notice a smell like other people stated. I recommend placing a dryer sheet or 2 in the box for a couple days before putting your tissues in. I put 2 sheets in mine and just left them in there and put a tissue box in right on top and the smell is gone. The box looks great in my entry way. Really love it.

I really love this tissue box. It is very well made and looks great in my bathroom that has gold colored fixtures. A Kleenex Ultra Soft (110 tissues) fits perfectly in it. Before I got it I was always digging through the tissue boxes at Walmart to find ones with colors I liked and designs that were not crazy looking. Now, it doesn't matter which ones I get, they are nicely covered up by my decorative tissue holder. I'm getting a silver one for my other bathroom right now!

This is a novel design for a metal cover box for paper tissues! It goes well with gold or brass bathroom fixtures. It has a functioning clasp to open the box which makes it all the more exquisite. An oblong tissue box fits comfortably inside. It’s easy to clean and looks so much more elegant than a cardboard box!
