Didn't like this time
I have ordered many times and really loved it but this time it was different. It had some bitter taste (something like Arjun Chhal). Mix is totally changed...Didn't like it.

Have been using Chaayos for travel for years. For the first time I have been bitterly disappointed mainly because of the loss of trust that you don't have to think twice. The tea tastes terrible and is most likely a counterfeit. Just hope there is a mechanism to check this or else you will lose your loyal clients. Bitterly disappointed.

Less than not greater than good Chai
What do you want most with a cup of chai? The taste of spices or dried UHT milk? The company is being over frugal with spices, and add this is not chai, this is cinnamon flavor Chai. Chai Masala tastes of anise, cardamon, etc, but this just dried UHT milk with very faintly tastes of cinnamon.

It has milk in it, fyi, and it's not returnable.
not much more to say other than that. Disappointed I didn't realize this. Shouldn't need dairy at all.

Very strong cinnamon flavor
Compared to other instant teas this one by Chaayos clearly falls short. The cinnamon flavor dominates and is just too strong !
