It works!
Have used this for a long, long time it is the best out there a bit pricey but gentle on the eyes and it does the job! You get what you pay for you are worth it!!!

Gentle for sensitive eyelids
Gentlest and most effective eye makeup remover I've used. Slight fragrance is not offensive. Doesn't burn or irritate my sensitive eyelids. Have been using for years. Remember to shake bottle before using because oil separates sometimes between uses. Their oil free version in darker blue bottle works well also but, need this one for most brand liquid eyeliners.

Easily removes even waterproof eyeliner!
This product right here, this is IT. I've used waterproof liquid eyeliner for years. Recently my fave liquid eyeliner was discontinued and the one I found to replace it means business, I mean, this stuff does NOT BUDGE. Which also means, unfortunately, that removal has been a beast. My usual makeup remover wasn't cutting it then I even added another highly recommended remover to the mix and even with both together, using one after the other, I had to do some serious scrubbing and tugging and nobody wants to do that in the delicate eye area! Even still, I couldn't get all this eyeliner off (when I say it stays put I am so not kidding). (If anyone cares it's by a popular 3-letter brand beginning with N). Anyhoo, yeah this was a little pricey but the reviews were good and I had to find something - well, it more than lives up to the hype. I LOVE THIS STUFF. Wet a cotton round, hold it for a few seconds against the previously mentioned unbudgeable stuff I cat-eye on myself every day and wipe. And it actually comes off. I am SO happy! This Lancome Bi-Facil Double Action Eye Makeup Remover is everything.

Works great!
I switched from Chanel eye makeup remover to Lancome because Chanel was discontinued and unavailable. I'm happy I did - Lancome works well to remove mascara and eye makeup. This switch will be permanent!

Great eye makeup remover, but it does leak and go everywhere. For the price, they need to come up with better packaging.
