At nearly 20k cross stitches you need commitment! The white does drive you a bit potty after a while. But pattern printed on the cloth is wonderful and there was more than enough thread to do the project. Didn’t get close to running out of any colour. Template washed out quickly and easily. Would definitely do another one

I was worried about rinsing this out but it’s great and colour safe. I made it into a scatter cushion and I adore it. Excellent easy to follow kit.

The media could not be loaded. Considering the low cost of this kit it really wasn't too bad value for money. I managed to stitch it relatively fast having bought it on the 28th January 2022 and I finished it on the 14th March 2022. The pattern being printed on the Aida was a massive help and definitely sped the process up considerably. The quality of threads seemed fine, however I haven't done a cross stitch for a few years prior to this so I may not be the best judge. The only real negative I can find myself is the lack of excess Aida around the edge of design. Normally it is recommended to have at least 2-3" of spare aida around the main stitch area This was at best about 1", and simply wasn't enough for when I was stitching the edges of the design as I couldn't get the Aida to remain taut enough in the frame due to the fact that the frame was so close to the edge of the Aida.All in all, good value for money, I just would have preferred a larger boarder around the stitch area. Hopefully this lack of boarder won't making framing the finished project too difficult.Note the picture of the thread is the amount I had spare after completing the project. So hopefully this puts people's minds at ease when seeing the other reviews stating that there wasn't enough thread.

The quality and quantity of threads is excellent. The pattern is easy to follow but it isn't easy to stitch because there are random single stitches (which makes for a better picture but this isn't for beginners). I originally gave this a 4* review based on there being no outline for the backstitch. Having just finished this, I'm changing it to 5* because back stitch isn't needed because the colours are so bright.This is the first time I've done a pre-printed option too so there was a little trepidation that the pattern wouldn't wash off and would show though but this was an unfounded fear. It all washed off leaving a very clean, clear design.Genuinely loved doing this kit.

This was easy to follow, clearly and accurately printed. There was plenty of spare thread in all the colours so I wasn't scrimping. I did switch out the colours of the splashes, on the pattern they were mostly in greys, but I had plenty of the brighter colours left over and decided I wanted to use those instead. It did get pretty heavy in the back despite me being careful with my tails and knots and being careful with travelling threads over. The sheer number of colour changes makes that almost inevitable though, just be aware you might have difficulty with the later colours.

Bought it for my wife who is going though a hard time. She's done cross stitch in the past with the grids but wanted something she could just do casually while watching TV. The print was super useful and I've never seen her cross-stitch so much as she has with this. The actual finished thing looks awesome too. Super colourful and the kit came with everything needed (all the thread and tools).

I really enjoyed doing this cross stitch, it didn't take too long to do and is very easy to follow, it's perfect for keeping your hands busy in the evening while watching telly. The colours are nice and bright and you have a ton on thread left over. I took a star off because from looking at others photos I noticed that I had a different pattern compared to theirs, the numbering was differnt and the colours in some ares were different, so I did have some concern over how mine would turn out and I feel like I can't guarantee that I'd get the same pattern again if I was to order it again. But overall I am happy with this purchase.
