Really great casein
Flavor is great as well as macros. This stuff is thick unless you add tons of milk or water. I use it for my last meal of the day for intermittent fasting and it keeps me full overnight and helps me recover more quickly. Doesn’t clump at all.

One of the best tasting Casein Protein Powders I have found. Thanks for a great product!!

My goto Casein
A consistent and well-priced option for casein. It mixes better in a shaker than when stirred in a glass.

It's so good, but I question if it's even good for me!
First I ordered the chocolate based on reviews. I tried it with almond milk and was ADDICTED. So then I ordered the vanilla and it's almost all want to drank! It's a protein shake so it's still has that slight diet taste but it's tolerable versus others I've had. Highly highly recommend!!

Mixes well; mild flavor
