Q: How many come in a box?

Only one comes in a box, I would recommend buying 2 for washing purposes.

Q: I am normally a size 10, but I'm not sure what I'll measure after my c-sec. Too small = painful. Too large = not enough support. S/M or L/XL for me?

I think a S/M would work. I was a size 16 to 18 before pregnancy and I ordered the L/XL. It fit perfect after c-section. I am 5 weeks out and it's a little big now. I used this with the waist wrap the post op nurse gave me and I felt great. Gives you the support you need to move around and reduce pain. Also found it very helpful with bumpy car rides. Hope this helps.
