I wanted something for home that I could go daily between my 1/wk studio visits. This is surprisingly great. It glides nicely - easy install and just seems sturdy and nice quality overall. The ropes vs springs are not a bother to me at all. For $500 this is great.

**Q: What is the difference between the Stamina 266 and the Stamina 700?**
A: Thank you for your question. The AeroPilates 266 is a 3 tension cord machine that does not have pulley risers or the ability to attach the pull up bar. The 700 is a 4 tension cord machine with pulley risers and has the ability to attach the pull up bar. **Q: Can traditional legwork using the straps be done on this machine?  The video does not show it so I want to confirm.**
A: Yes there a lot of leg workouts using this machine.  I went to u tube and searched for aero Pilates reformer workouts.  there are alot.

My wife purchased this product because she felt it would make her become a regular user. She was right she exercises 5 days straight, rest for two days and starts the routine again. It is strongly suggested to do the same exercise routine until you can improve enough to add another tension band. It will help to tone your muscles and make you feel good.
