If you need a tape for posting your dogs ears, this came off easily with adhesive remover.

Only thing I don’t like is that if you have skin sensitivity this is good on bare skin. You would need different mesh tape as abase. This tape is good for a single workout only. After awhile your body heats up the tape making it stretch and losing the stability you need as sports tape

This tape sticks at first but doesn't hold up to the rigors of sport, particularly martial arts. Easy to apply because it tear easily, but then it also tears while you're using it. I wish I could still purchase Zonas by J&J but it's discontinued

Used the tape for my son's wrist for football as he was an offensive tackle and did not complain with any pain. We actually got it end of season because he had a buckle fracture at the first of season as a defensive end. So, they played him safe when he came back end of season as he was able to make the last game of season and no complaints and went back in hitting hard!

I coach kid's wrestling and always have a roll of this in my pocket at tournaments. The kids flock to me because the black tape looks so much cooler than white. This also appears to be more durable than other brands. It stands up well to long tournament days, rough use, and does not peel off during competition. Will definitely order again.
