I am amazed at how much this has transformed my sleep. I have never been one to fall asleep fast and recently with my health and pain issues, can't sleep for more than 3 or 4 hours at a time. This helps a ton! I fall asleep faster, deeper, and longer...Very effective. The other great thing is there are no side effects. I am usually very sensitive to supplements like this and they tend to affect me somehow.As far as the quality of the product itself - it is obviously helping. So, the potency of, at least the batch I recieved, is good. The packaging is good - in a nice zip sealed foil lined bag.This is also one of the better deals for the amount you get.
