Yes! They can be rinsed out with soapy water if you wish but mKe sure to dry them fully before using them or the moisture will stay in bottles and ruin the spices

Does this drill into the shelf or does it just sit there?

It needs to be drilled on the cabinet board.

They're all the same. Looks like about 1/4 inch on half of the cover and a flip pour option on the other.
