A: Hello Tony, I've had a previous set for 25 years, and some started to loose handles (they were different then) it seems to me that Lagostina is quite consistent on sizes. And I can say they are top quality, we use them every day and this set is non-stick.

**Q: Can this be used on an induction stovetop?**
A: No, these anodized alumunim pans will not work on an induction stove top.

Incredible set of cookware. Recommended it to all my friends that are moving. It truly is nonstick and it is a gorgeous shining set. Minimal scratches unless you use silverware to cook (which my husband did before the silicon cooking utensils arrived) and they are super easy to to clean and clean well in the dishwasher. No water stains. Amazing.
