Is it machine washable? both directions are given

Because the material is Oxford cloth, it could not be machine washed.

Does it support the butt from bed sore pain

My husband tried using it in a chair and it didn't work well, but he's a big guy and maybe that made a difference

How do you release air from the cushion?

1. Open the air hole and wait for a while 2. Use an air pump to put it into the air hole and squeeze it (don't inflate)
