I'm retired, " Could I use this daily on my feet to keep them from cracking?"

I would say yes. Put the lotion on in the evening and then cover your feet with a pair of socks to help keep the moisture on.

Does a "Date first listed" of 2016 mean this specific bottle is that old, or just that's how long you've been selling this product?

Thanks for asking. The "date first listed" refers to when this listing was posted. Each product is ink stamped with a unique production code at the time at manufacture that determines the end of that product's shelf-life.
