Very sturdy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best thing for Christmas lights *by P***A on November 30, 2024* I have a long stretch of new wooden fence this year and wanted to string lights along the top edge. I was going to use regular cup hooks until I saw these with the locking mechanism and I am so glad I did. I drilled holes but did not use the anchors as the lights are lightweight, but it sure is nice to have them for other purposes. I used the drill bit driver for about half of the 60+ hooks I installed. In a few cases, it scratched the vinyl coating partially off and in one case the screw broke from the hook. But that was small price to pay for the convenience of quickly screwing them in. The lights are up and working now and I don't have to worry about wind or a big river of snow from the snowplow - I know they will stay in place.
