Question 4

Where are the instructions? how do i take aloe vera? amount? how many times a day? do i have to dissolve in water? i'm lost with this purchase!

Accepted Answer

Hello. Forever Living stopped including the printed instruction manual in their C9 Kits. You can access the instructions at www.foreverliving.com/fitbooklets You can also follow the instruction plan on their new mobile app for free instead of the printed manual. You can search for "forever fit" in the app store for apple or android. You will see that Days 1 and 2 follow one schedule and Days 3 thru 9 are a different schedule. You drink 4 oz of the Aloe Vera (right out of the bottle - as is) at the indicated times of the day from the schedule. You dont need to mix it with water, however it recommends you drink at least 8 of water each time you down a 4 oz shot of Aloe Vera. Some people mix in a little juice with their aloe vera gel to improve the taste. I hope this helps! - Inspiring Health
