These are the ABSOLUTE BEST BARS! I’m not even on the whole “Keto diet”, I just absolutely Love these bars. I’m currently sick and don’t have much appetite due to meds, but I pretty much don’t eat anything but these at present. And You get the proper amount of nutrients, and no processed sugars or harmful fillers like so many of these kinds of bars. And the taste is OUTSTANDING! You would think it was a regular “candy bar”. BUT IT IS NOT.But let me note, they have recently “improved “, or rather “enhanced the flavor. These have a LIGHT GREEN label on the front. There is NO DIFFERENCE IN ANY of the ingredients, and they DO NOT say this is in anyway different. But THEY ARE! The GREEN LABEL bars ARE NOT AT ALL as good in flavor. TRUST ME. I can’t put my finger on exactly what the difference is, but it is a REMARKABLE DIFFERENCE, and not as good. So if you’ve ever tried them, you’ll see for yourself. If you are a first timer, keep on scrolling down until you find the ones that simply don’t show the green label on the box. For $10 bucks a box, it’s worth it to get something you’re going to enjoy eating.

These bars are great for Keto. They taste good, substitute a meal, and can satisfy the urge for something sweet. The texture is creamy with a little crunch from the bits of added cacao. Two downsides to these bars:1. They are pricey. Most meal replacement bars worthy of their ingredients are though, so it's somewhat to be expected.2. Amazon does a crappy job shipping a product that is obviously sensitive to heat. If you purchase these bars during months where the weather is warmer (think all the way back to where the product originates from), the exterior of the bar (which is a coating of [not real] chocolate) will melt and settle to one side. This is annoying, but what makes it more problematic is the residual coating left behind becomes fragile and flaky. When you open the bar the flakes fall on your hands, clothing, or desktop/table (depends where you are when you open it).This is a common-sense issue that Amazon should clearly correct. Food items like these bars need to be stored in climate controlled areas and should be packed in such a way that the interior of the box remains a steady temperature.Other than that, the bars are great and a good go-to for a mini-meal or snack.

I normally order 4 packs of these as I eat them almost everyday for lunch. The shipment I got before was also a bit off. It is not whipped inside it is hard as a rock. The chocolate coating is half off and the taste was bad. I have been eating these for 2 years and occasionally it will be like this but not to this extreme. This new 4 pack I got , each box was the same. I have barely eaten them which is why it has taken me this long to write anything because I just opened the 3rd box to eat (and 4th to check).As you can see from the pictures these 2 boxes are from the same lot so maybe there is an issue with that lot. I am upset because this seems to be the norm as my last shipment was bad also, just not this bad. I am afraid to buy them again.
