I live about 1/4 mile away from some train tracks, and I could hear the trains loudly through my bed/pillow until I got these, they are amazing. I have solid rubber ones under washer on tile floor they work well, these should be better with cork inside. **Q: Has anyone used these under bed frames? I live next to a factory and my bed vibrates alot.** A: If your talking about the cork & rubber model, despite some Amazon mavens saying no due to it being a dense product, the correct and ONLY answer is YES. I have these under my bed frame and I also have them in my shop (aviation engineer). They work great in both applications and the people that said no, like to hear themselves talk. I guarantee you that those saying no, either do not have the product, or they have a different product than the cork and rubber model.
