This arrived very quickly and great quality

First off, just to look at it I was sold. It's an elegant warming dish and looks "top of the line" on my kitchen counter. It's nice and large in a good way. The plate does exactly what it says it does. It warms quickly with steady and consistent heat. It also warms evenly. It's very easy to control, easy like low, med and high (now, how easy is that) the controls are pretty self explanatory to use. A great feature is that rather than using the stove as a warmer, this is more convenient and can stay on for hours warming dishes and of course unlike a stove, it portable so at family functions it's a guarantee that my potluck dish will remain warm (if not hot). It keeps food warm without drying out. The warming tray works better than expected and looks stunning. It's sleek and looks high quality

This warmer is exactly what I have been looking for. When we have fondue night, the hot plate gets the room too hot and we don't need that much heat after the foods have been brought up to temp. This warmer is large enough to accommodate the cheese and broth without being crowded. The temperature settings are easy to adjust, low, med, high. I also like that the cooktop is smooth and can be wiped clean with just a damp cloth. The best part is that the warmer is not huge and can easily be stored upright in a corner.
