Excellent third brake light on van
Great little light. I bought this to use as a third brake light on my Ford Aerostar Van. My state safety inspection did not require one but I thought it best to add one. I needed it to be small and light to mount on the inside of my door frame. Works great and is very bright. The rear of the van is much more visiable when braking. The third light is very noticable.

Decent light
Nice light, wires vibrate and seperate at solder point on board. Suggest filling with clear silicone behind the board before installation. Seems to keep them in place. Been on my bike over a year now, after I soldered the connections again and filled with silicone.

Decent illumination, terrible longevity
When it works, it’s fine. Unfortunately these have a lifespan of around 6 months. Shorter if your are anywhere with potholes and poorly maintained roads like LA. Even shorter still running a rigid frame. As many have stated, the wires literally vibrate off the solder points over time. Luckily they are cheap and a quick fix, but it you want reliability, you’re gonna have to spend more than $15 on Amazon crap.
