The boots are sturdy, seem to be well made
Week One Review: Down to 2 stars. These are most uncomfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn, I'd rather have masonry slabs attached to my feet. I'd like to meet the missing link of the human evolution that King Rock based their sizing from. I wear a size 12 in many different brands, I know work boots tend to vary depending on the maker but even with a size 11 my foot still has more enough movement in these boots. The heel slips and the toes pinch, just a weirdly constructed shoe over all in terms of dimensions. I've used a combination of various insoles to get the right feel but nothing makes these shoes work for me. I will be returning them.Purchased on 10/11/17, arrived 10/13/17.Initial impressions: The boots are sturdy, seem to be well made. Rather stiff but I have only had for a day or so upon this review - I plan to revisit this review in a month or so after these have been broken in. Non-slip, acid and oil resistant soles are a plus for working conditions.Insoles: I always use my own insoles, these are no exceptions - very rigid, dense insole that will offer structural support but I need to use my personal insoles.Appearance: The color of the leather is a shade or two darker than what is in the picture, perhaps thats due to the white background but keep that in mind if you care about the color of the leather.Value: For the price I am beyond pleased with the build quality and leather but we will see how these keep up in a couple months during winter conditions.

Sized larged, rugged work boot
I have owned them for 2 years now am cleaning them for the first time and thought i would write a review. I use them for chores around the house so they are not worn everyday. Mowing lawns, trimming trees, any outside chore activity. They are sized rather large. I normally wear a 12, and the 11 fits about right with thick socks ( i ordered 2 pair in 11 and 12 because I wasnt sure of the sizing).I rubbed on my own water-proofing compound (no matter what the boot I would do this regardless). My feet have been totally dry in doing winter chores is Seattle eventhough they are advertised as just water resistant.I have scuffed them up (laying brick, shoveling gravel) and they have been tuff.As for comfort, they are the same as any other boot I have owned...about six hours and my feet hurt.At the rate I wear work boots, i am expecting these will last another 4 years before I start looking for a new pair of work boots. Happy with my purchase.

OK shoes, be careful of sizing
These are nice boots for my need. I will use them to work on our home landscaping (we have a large lot with lots of trees), but not wear them everyday. Comments:* The material is good quality* Be careful of sizing. I bought one full size less than I normally wear and they fit fine.* These are not the most comfortable shoes. I don't think I would have kept them if I had to wear them everyday.* The vendor shipped them on-time

GREAT BUY
Almost passed these boots by,so glad that I i did not tho. I just recived them today and the quality of the leather and workmanship of the boot is as good as it comes.Gave a 4 star because im very happy with the quality and the price, but i have'nt had the chance yet to get them dirty and be on them for any lenth of time.Ill change that score in a month or so should the comfort be great. The insole is a little thin and narrow, but Dr.Scholl's easily fixes that if nessary. Im happy,I think I got a great buy for the money i spent.

These boots rock....
I was about to make a new purchase for the more expensive boots I usually get every couple of years but this time decided to try a less expensive pair. I have to say that with the more expensive boots you pay for quality but also for the famous name brand. These boots look & feel the same to me but only time will tell how they hold up. I purchased a pair of gel inserts & I'm good to go.

The best buy on Amazon. Buy theses boots.
Size yourself a 1/2 smaller and they will fit perfect. They have a soft removable sole pad so you don't have to buy one. These are the most comfortable boot you can imagine. They are a regular D width. The price is unreal. I bought a pair of Wolverine and they fit me so bad I can't wear them and spent 2 times the amount. They look good with Jeans to. I ride a motorcycle and are perfect for the road. Let me tell ya about the company. I got a great deal and they are much less than the price of the other makers. I ordered them and somehow hit the expedited shipping button. The charge was 39.95. I called them, with the weather it took 5 days to get them so they credited me back the amount, minus the 5 dollar shipping charge. If you are looking for a wedge sole boot. Buy from these guys. Save a ton of money and get treated well and best of all, a great quality boot. . Thanks King, very much.

Takes about a week to break in but great after that.
Amazon recommended to me the size 12 but they were too large. Amazon corrected it with me and I got the size 11 which fits perfect even with large Cotten socks. Out of all the work boots I’ve had these are up there in comfort and functionality. I’ve owned two pairs of die hards from sears and these preform as good if not better. The leather is strong and protective. The soles haven’t slipped on me yet and I used them working in an empty pool that I pressure washed and patched. I’ve used these for everything since I bought them from weed wacking to construction to drywall hanging. I will say however it took me a week of consistent use to break them in. But just wear thick socks until they are broken. The laces haven’t failed on them yet. And the toes are actually quite hard protecting the foot from impacts to some degree. Anyways good boots for a good price.
