Yes, as long as the surface is smooth, it can be pasted.

No, you don't need to cut them, they are pre-cut. They are thicker than paper. They are pretty good quality. I stuck some to my water bottle and they are doing fine. Colors might mask off if you place you water bottle in the dishwasher, but you're not supposed to anyway.

Q: Do these stickers have a glossy/shiny finish or a matte/dull finish?

Neither really.. they’re definitely not glossy but they’re not dull either. I guess more of a matte finish but not “dull” We love them, they’ve lasted a really long time on our bottles even through light washing!
