- Groin Wrap, Adjustable Support for Hip, Groin, Hamstring, Thigh, and Sciatic Nerve Pain Relief

I researched A few products for hip support, and i came Across this. The price point was key, since i didnt Need some mechanically advanced product to suppress and manage my hip pain. I purchased This wrap, and i immediately Was satisfied with the quality and fit, as it’s billed as a “one size fit all”. To really feel the product in action, i applied A BioFreeze cooling patch to my hip, and placed this wrap over it. The fit was exactly where it should be- and I’m 6’3”. Easily adjustable with a good level of compression and stability when moving. I then Added my lower back brace over the top to see if this product’s effectiveness can be increased, and i am Very satisfied, as my pain decreased substantially with this wrap and my back brace. All that said, this product is great for the price, and will add support and relieve pain just as it says. More so, you can increase its effectiveness if you use it with a cooling rub(icy hot) or cooling patches and a back brace for full compression and support in your back, hip, groin and hamstring region. Personally, i dont Think you can go wrong with the price, quality, and adjustability and fit of this wrap! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!

Works Great

Works ok once you get it on and adjusted properly. There is so much velcro that it sticks to everything but not where you want it. Then it is so strong you need a crowbar to reposition it. the instructions are not much help, two drawings.It can get hot and sweaty pretty quickly too but, all in all it will do the job.

If it would fit like the photo shows it would work but it doesnt fit straight around the waist so it sags down and becomes uncomfortable. The Velcro straps were also positioned wrong. I returned it immediately. I'm better off with a groin wrap that doesn't wrap around the waist. FYI I'm 5'9" 170 lbs so I'm not over weight. It should fit someone like me perfectly.

This is my first pulled hamstring so it is tough to judge the effectiveness, but based on different compression-responsive conditions and use of various compression devices, I recommend this product and rate it highly. It fits well under my clothing, adjustable compression seems to work well, great velcro (almost too good), it is easy to put on and adjust, it is as comfortable as you can expect from a compression device, and the price is right. It has met all my expectations so far and I am very optimistic it will speed my recovery as well.

I don’t think this did anything. I’m not sure what I was hoping for, but it doesn’t provide any real support.It did fit nicely, but it wasn’t tight.

Must for sciatica patients

Great quality wrap that does the job perfectly. Fits me good - I'm 5'8" 225 lb of mostly muscle. Super fast shipping. The Velcro and the material seem to be of good quality too. I've only had it for a couple of days now, but very happy with it and it looks like it's well made and durable.

I want to start off by saying I NEVER leave reviews however this device changed my life. As someone who periodically deals with sciatic (lower back pain that runs down my left leg) this device saved me from 3-4 months worth of pain and grief.Just to give you some context - I pulled my sciatic when I was younger about 15 years ago. It has been something that I’ve dealt with on and off ever since, however anyone with sciatic knows one wrong move, and you can have a flair up that literally will last 3-4 months. Long story short I was squatting and of course had a flair up to the point I couldn’t bend over to put my socks on. I purchased this device on a whim, and I was blown away how quickly I was able correct it. I personally would run it UNDERNEATH my boxers, wear it all day, and even slept with it on. The key is to try and get it as TIGHT as possible. Within 5 days I was able to take it off and be back In the gym. Pretty remarkable considering this has been the fastest turn around I’ve ever had due to this nagging injury that comes and goes. Highly recommend it is a game changer.
