Love it,holds so much paint and keeps its shape when wet. When it drys it’ll fluff out but just dip it back in water to snap it back into shape. It’s point is very fine and has a lot of versatile uses to it. No fraying that I have seen and paints smooth. Quality of handle is well made, it’s not heavy nor super light feels dense enough that it won’t snap easily. Would buy more of different size if it wasn’t so expensive.

I will never own a Better brush. It will surely be functional longer than I will. This is a great tool.

I use Isabey Kolinsky sables more than any other brush- this was a real find for the price

I love the sable brushes. This one by Windsor and Newton is up there as one of the best. I’ve been painting for years, mostly oil, I transitioned to watercolor a few years ago and I won’t buy anything but sable.

Isabey Kolinsky Sable Series 6228 brushes are absolutely the best. This brush, with proper care, will last years.
