works as expected
Decided to take a risk and submitted my order after reading comments. Setup and config are easy. Pictures sent immediately after registration. I realized those bad comments are all lack of common sense of wifi and camera.pro: works as specscon: mid-core picture quality (for the price, I do not complain)2ed review, 1. Camera triggers when shade change and lots of useless photos taken and sent, soon you can not receive photos due to transfer limit.2. the iPhone app is horrible. The app always reminds "activate new camera". 3. Saved ID and password lose randomly.update: The app improved a lot, but the manufacture changed the service agreement. Now users MUST join insider club members for an additional $100, otherwise this device will not any photo for you.

spypoint sucks
it was a pain in the butt to set this up. i went with pay per photo so many/? photos per $5. it's only supposed take photos of turkey and larger animals. it was taking photos of squirrels all day and possums and coons at night burning up my number of photos i paid for. somehow my camera was deleted from there system? i was able to call them and they told me i need my camera to put it back in their system. my camera was 5 hrs away! i had to have someone locate my camera and ship it to me. after relinking the camera i had to ship it back to him and wait for him to have time to remount the camera. total shipping cost was around $36 out of my pocket. after he remounted the camera he moved around in front of it to make sure it was operating and aim camera where i wanted it. that night it took a picture of a fox and coon. prior to it getting deleted from their system it was taking photos every night and day. the day after it was mounted, nothing for 3 days. i called them at least 3 times with message saying wait time is over a hour. i tried chatting with them with no response. then i chatted at them with foul language with no response. a couple of minutes after that my camera took one picture of nothing. i think they did that to shut me up and make me believe it was working. nothing sense. really bad company!

Avoid this product, not worth the headache
Very hard to use, struggles to connect to the internet even in the middle of San Diego where I have full internet and phone service. Camera will not connect to phone and when it does it is only for a brief second. Set the camera our for a week in a high traffic area and only took one picture. No other pictures were taken even when my dog or myself walked directly in front of it. Fresh tracks around the camera but not one picture of an animal. The motion sensors are low quality. The Images are low quality. The photo package options provided by spypoint are a rip off and only suckers you in to spend more more money so you can use the camera like you intended when you purchased it. Go spend half the price on a Campark trail camera and 5 memory cards are just swap the cards out; better quality pictures, better user interface, overall way easier to use. No cell connection but not having that is worth getting rid of the headache of spypoint cell cameras. Will never buy spypoint again, complete waste of money.

My review after 2 years of use
This camera worked as it should when I received it. However, after 2 years it just stopped communicating with the app. I have spent the better part of the last week on multiple chats with the experts and I have made 3 phone calls to customer service; none of which I was able to speak to anyone because after sitting on hold for 15 minutes they pick up the phone and hang up. I have followed all of the troubleshooting suggestions to no avail. The only thing they can tell me after a week of aggravating with these people is that the camera is out of date and needs to be replaced. Wanted to know if I was interested in an upgrade. Mind you they are advertising these exact same cameras for sale refurbished. I just find it convenient that as soon as the warranty ran out the camera stopped working. Also discovered once I reformatted the SD card that I haven't been getting all of my pictures in over a year. Done with Spypoint...I do not recommend any of their products after this terrible experience this week.

Don’t work and customer service don’t know what they are doing
worked great for a Mo. or so then I lost all my spypoint camera feeds and pics! Customer service sucks!! They have no clue what they are doing nor saying! All they can say is they will have IT look into it and call me? A mo. Later and still no contact. Called them today for the 100th time and they said they are still looking into it. I told them I’m sending them back refund me my money as they don’t work but still changing me a mo. Fee
