The Xbox Core Wireless Controller Joysticks Repair Kit is outstanding. The joysticks are a definite upgrade over the original ones, with a grip that feels just right – not as rough as the factory ones, but still incredibly comfortable to hold. They have a great feel that enhances the gaming experience, and the color is a nice touch that adds some personality to my controller.The kit also comes with all the tools you’d need for a repair, although I didn't use them as I have my own go-to tools. Regardless, it's a thoughtful addition for those who might not have the basics on hand. Highly recommend this kit for anyone looking to give their controller a refresh!

Identical size to OEM thumbsticks for Xbox One controller. This product serves its purpose as a full thumbstick replacement. The provided screwdriver is exactly what was needed for the 5 screws, but additional tools are required to access the screws.The rubber tip doesn't have as much as a soft-touch feel as the OEMs, and sharp edges of the top circle feel slightly harsh. It will probably wear and become less harsh-feeling with a little usage. Overall, the rubber feels solid and like it will serve a long life.For my color choice -- orange -- the color does not match my orange OEM thumbsticks. The replacements are darker, maybe a tinge more red.The mating point (the underside) of the replacement thumbstick does not have the same strength-conscious structuring in the plastic as the OEM thumbsticks do; however, they feel solid and I can't imagine a way that they could break while installed on the Xbox One gamepad.

Great replacement thumbsticks, they fit perfectly and feel great. Taking apart the Xbox One controller was a bit of a pain, but the actual installation of these once accessible was extremely easy. I can't tell if they feel 1-to-1 with OEM sticks, but these more than get the job done as well as personalizing the controller a bit with the available color options.I've had my Xbox One controller since 2019 and the OEM sticks finally worn down after multiple years of power usage (I use this on PC if you're wondering for anything that isn't an RTS, MMORPG, MOBA, or FPS game). Thumbsticks are usually the first point of failure with a controller, and now having replaced mine after years of power usage I'm able to extend the life of my gamepad since everything else is in really good shape.

Installef them both in about 10 min and it would have been faster had I not bothered to clean the guts whilst I had it open, just takes a small screwdriver to pry the curved inside cover off but don't shove it in-between the cover and interior of the controller which has a ribbon cable running it's length..

Not bad for the price and comes with the special screw driver made thing easier recommended if you tryna customize your xbox controller
