This product was just what I needed. It could have been a half in longer for the ice packs I already have but it works fine and I appreciated that I could wrap it around my foot and secure it with the velcro.

Very good to gold either ice packs or hot hands packs against knees or elbows —very portable and easy to use in a car or on an airplane as well. I have used them as gifts.

Initially Great- just a tad short.
I thought this was perfect for the first couple of weeks that I used it, but it’s just a tad short for my hospital issued cold pack and no longer holds it in place if I move around a bit. It no longer closes at the top. IF ONLY IT WAS A HALF INCH LONGER. Yes, it will work nicely with a smaller drug store pack - which don’t stay as cold.

Second purchase, same high quality & reasonable price
This belt holds an ice pack around the waist and lower back, relieving back pain, at least temporarily. The elastic band is thicker than some other brands and therefore (I think) stays in place better. The first one lasted longer and cost less than similar products. So it was a great deal: high quality for a relatively low price. I expect the same quality for this one.
