We’re picking up our adopted kittens tomorrow and wanted to set this up before they get here. Item arrived a day early which was perfect! It arrived with the package ripped, but I didn’t think anything of it since the pieces could still be in perfect condition. However, upon opening the box, I noticed pieces of particle board on some of the smaller pieces. Finally I noticed that the particle board for the base (piece #1) was damaged (see pics). I still put it together hoping the damaged section wouldn’t affect the overall sturdiness and stability of the cat tree. Thankfully, it appears to be just fine and the damaged section is on the floor and can’t be seen or damaged further. We’ll see how the kittens like it when they get here tomorrow.

With 2 cats, 7lbs and 18lbs who spent countless hours on their old condo; it was time for a replacement. Given their size differences, I thought this one would be suitable. Landings off the cubbies and the hamick on the bottom were selling points, for my pleasantly plumb girl. This condo offers two sizes of cubbies, that accommodates multiple or larger cats. The old condo held up well considering their weight and rough housing (chasing their tails) on the top platform, given the weight of this condo I'm hopeful it will last several years as well. I have noticed most condos are sturdier when on a hard floor rather than carpet. I waited a month or so to review, to share accurate information following use.I was able to assemble with reasonable ease, however the directions were not extremely helpful and I ended up using YouTube. The package was missing 1 of 2 smaller bolts and I took 1 that was similar from the old condo. Overall, I chose a color that was complimentary to my home and would mask their black hair. The cost is fair for the product and time will tell if it holds up.

my first cat tree I bought over 20 years ago was $175. Granted it was built with 2x4s and real carpet, it was a beast to deal with.For the price I paid for this tree it's way cooler for the cats. I suspect I'll get the same 5 years out of the tree, as the old one needed carpet to be replaced within that time.I have no problem buying a couple of these trees for the cats in their lifetime rather than dealing with an expensive high quality one that that'll still need repair in half a decade.

While there were some hiccups with the delivery, I got this cat tree today and my cat is already curled up in the house. It took me about 90 mins to assemble by myself, although I haven't put the wall stabilizer in yet but it feels pretty stable with out it. I'm excited to see her play on this, and hopefully it helps her leave my curtains alone haha.

The cat tree overall is great. Our cats love it. They totally destroyed the awful carpet and rope on three of the six scratching posts. I ended up recovering them with other products which was a very laborious process. Definitely secure it to a wall. I don’t know how much longer the padding around the tops beds will last. Our one cat prefers the top most bed to anywhere else in the house and it shows. I might need to devise a way to redo it as well. For the price, it was a good buy.

I wish I’d noticed the levels aren’t “staggered” - meaning it’s not easy to get from one to the other since they are even. I thought they’d like the hammock because they like the “scoop” hammocks on other trees but they haven’t even tried it. The favorite spots are the 2nd condo and the top level. The first perch is not used at all. And I don’t like the hole on the 2nd level; I keep wondering if it’s why they don’t jump and scramble around on it much? I did a lot of research before buying this but ultimately the cats are the judges!

I canceled an order for a 3ft tall cat tree and ordered this one instead and I am so glad I did! The height and structure is perfect, and it was very easy to assemble. Assembled it all on my own! My cats love it :)

I have 3 cats, each ranging from 10-18 pounds & this cat tree provides enough space for each of them to enjoy this cat tree. I wasn’t expecting it to be as wide as it is, but it’s definitely a plus. Instructions were very clear to assemble (took about an hour with just 1 person & my cats trying to play on it while i was assembling lol), it’s sturdy & definitely better than the many cat trees i’ve gotten from our local pet stores. Would definitely purchase again!

It was very easy to build, especially for the number of premium parts. The parts were standard quality and didn't have any issues. Just gotta make sure not to tighten the bolts too hard so that the plastic doesn't break. As for the strap that attaches to the wall, the metal ring that the nail goes through ripped immediately after I attached it. I improvised a solution that I am happy with, though. The material feels nice and I'm sure my cats will enjoy it.

Found it very easy to put together. My cat likes to sleep on top of both the perches. Good quality.
