It works. I had to drill out the previous rivets and I used bolts instead of the screws but it does work. Note that the inside "handle" should be mounted far enough away from the window/door so that it doesn't rub on the tailgate. Maybe it is obvious to others but a nice feature about hat inside handle is that is doubles as an extra locking mechanism against the tailgate when installed with the long end pointing down. Pretty cool.

Works for cargo trailer door!
Easy to install and adjust! Closed the door and latched it , then went inside from other door and set adjustment. Worked perfectly.

It's a door lock
It works just fine. It does its job. It's more than I can say about the young people these days.

replacement lock
Was easy to install, I lost the key to the original lock. This was cheaper than a lock Smith.
