9 inch Mini Review
This appears to be a nice produt. It is much stronger than the last one I had. Since I weigh 240 #'s I am concerned about the strenth of the ball. So far so good.One of the exercises I do is to put the ball behind my knee and tighten while doing some pilates exercises. I find it hard to get it to stay in there. It would be nice if it had a little more grip. Not much though because it is close. You would not want it to be to rough. Or maybe one inch smaller option form a product list would do it.Thanks for listening.

Physical Therapy tool
I used this ball for physical therapy after a hip replacement. It worked well since you can adjust the amount of air in the ball.

Great way to intensify your core and leg strengthening excercises
This is a great ball for core and leg strengthing. It is supposed to be lightly inflated so that you can squeeze it for leg excercises and push against it with your lower back as you hallow out your core for ab strengthening. The idea is to squish the ball with your body. You can't do that if it's fully inflated (like it seems some of the other reviewers are trying to do). If you have never taken a class with this ball, you may want to look for videos on how to use it to make sure you are using it properly.

Unique and soft ball that works very well when working with older adults and small children.
This is the second time I bought this item, the first time was about 12 years ago, as a fitness trainer I found it to be great working with clients who are wheelchair-bound, very easy to catch and grab onto. I say having my first one last for 12 years is pretty good.

Thick grippy texture, not stinky
I like the ball, it does what it needs to do. It has a rather 'grippy' texture which I really like; even so it surprisingly doesn't seem to attract pet fur or carpet fuzz. I didn't notice any excessively strong off-gassing odors. Like most plastic and rubber, there was some. I am quite sensitive to such things, so i aired it up and left it in another room for a couple days. This is mainly used as head support for neck exercises, and I notice no odor at all now.

Therapy ball
I really like the size, and ease of use. However, "I have a bone to pick" with the process of inserting the plug. A person goes to the trouble to blow up the ball and then in the the process of trying to insert the plug, you lose half of the air from the ball. Doesn't make any difference whether you blow it up by mouth or pump, the result is the same.

Hard to inflate
Used the ball for knee contractions. It is really hard to get the plug in without losing inflation

Great for workouts!
I purchased this hoping it was like a pilates ball or bender ball. It is very similar, bit is just a little different than I had been anticipating. Either way, it works just the same, and is great for workouts. It comes with a tool to fill it with air - so was great as well. Fast shipping.
