Incredible! Best collagen product I’ve ever used. No flavor - I put it in my coffee every morning. My nails have never been healthier, my hair is stronger, fuller and My skin seems slightly less crepey - if that’s a word…lol. Worth it!!

I use it every day mixed in with my protein shake, dissolves quickly and easy to use. Has no taste, seems to be working with noticeably thickening hair and clearer skin

My daughter raved about this stuff. She said that it helps with her joints and muscles, especially since she works out every day. She ran out of it for about 10 days and she said you can really feel the difference. She also said it helps with her perimenopause symptoms, not as many hot flashes. She said she also sees a big difference in her hair and small difference in her skin and nails. She said it takes aout 2 weeks to really start feeling it. So, I gave it a try and ordered it. I have MS and spinal issues. I haven't had it for the 2 weeks yet, so can only tell you about the taste and how well it dissolves. Do not put it in cold liquids, it tends to make a disgusting tasting gloppy mess. She puts her's in her coffee, so I tried that. It mixes well in coffee. It totally dissolves and with my splenda and coffee creamer, it only has a light taste that you get used to pretty quickly. Note: I did try it for about 10 days earlier when my allergies were bad and it made them worse. It doesn't have any drug interactions, but did say it can raise histamine levels. So I went off of it until my allergies were under better control. I'm on 3 different allergies meds every day, with occasional Benadryl added to the mix so I could be an anomaly. My daughter has had no problems on it. So now I'm trying it again and will let you know.

Don't smell it.. lol it taste like what it smells, not tasteless.. im seeing videos of others taking a spoonful and putting it in a large cup of milk... im not brave enough to put in my coffe, potential ruining my coffee... I take a bottle of water and pour half of it in a cup with a scoop.. I plug my nose and down it.. once done I drink the rest of the bottled water.. and wah-la.. They say if it tastes good its bad for you.. and vis vera.. I've been taking it for a week know, and I have noticed clearer skin, with a glow.. my hair isn't falling out as much in the shower and feels fuller.. my energy level is constant throughout the day and my knee pain isn't as bad as the week before.. all in all it seems to be a good product. 👍 curious one a full month of taking the product.

I tried 2 other brands of collagen before this one. I had gotten my nails done for a wedding in June. After they finally all fell off a month later my nails were week, short and looked awful. My hair also seemed to be falling out. I started mid July with a different brand of collagen and MCT oil. When that one ran out I tried another brand as my nails had no improvement. The next brand still nothing. After reading the reviews on Live Conscious and consulting ChatGpt i decided to try it. I put the collagen in my coffee every morning. The other brands were flavored so I didn’t need to add creamer or sugar. This one is not flavored. So I add the Live Conscious collagen to my coffee first, then the mct oil and then a little flavored simple syrup. It resolves well! And the quality is impressive! My nails are long and strong! I thought i had a before picture of my nails but cannot find it. Here’s a now picture of my nails.

I love that my collagen also has biotin in it! I have noticed an improvement in how my skin heals quicker than before.

Product says it can be mixed with any liquid. Should specify the liquid must be room temp or slightly warmer. Does not mix well in cold water. Product clumps together and does not mix. Other than that product is okay, taste is not strong. I haven’t been taking it long enough to notice any changes.
