My bar keeps slipping, even though its the correct way up and tightened as much as possible - what can I do to prevent this?

Product description says do not use with small width doorframes. What does this mean?

Im pretty sure it just means that it may not fit? with a small width door frame and may need to be regular size door frame or larger. just trying to help. I think a question to the seller may be more helpful. I can also say that you need to have a sturdy door frame. I tried it on one and it started to separate the frame ... Now that may be becuase I pushed it too far....I will say that I am over 250+ lbs and once installed properly this thing held up perfectly. It feels sturdy, just make sure its in good and tight. I would recommend this to anyone as a quality product above an beyond any of the small bar, above door hanging products. Hope this helps your decision.
