Gave this pill box to a friend and she loved it. It is a little small, but still functional and funny.

I love the graphic and the style of this. Was a little surprised that the graphic is similar to a soft vinyl and was a bit tacky when I first opened it, but it's smooth now that it's been opened. I take a lot of 200mg ibuprofen so I tend to carry a lot in my bag. This can hold 16 200mg ibuprofen (8 in each little cubby) and 2 rolaid sized antacids.

If I could give this negative stars I would! When I pressed the button to open this it wouldn’t move so I had to push the top upwards and it came right off its “hinge”! The inner portion is supposed to be glued (see picture) but it clearly wasn’t when it came right out of the case! Sent the seller a message and if I get a refund I will update. Very disappointed in the terrible quality of this product!**update**Seller got back to me within 24 hours and issued a full refund after I explained the issue so rating has been changed from 1 to 2 stars, and those 2 stars are only because they got back to me so quick to issue the refund, the pill case itself still gets 0 stars.

Love it! Cute, easy to toss in my purse, and holds a surprising volume of pills. While the text is itty-bitty, people enjoy peering closely for the joke.A warning: don't be a klutz and fling it out of your bag on accident in a store, because hitting the linoleum will definitely have it popping open and scattering your meds everywhere, but other than that, it's quite reliable, lol.

This pill case is great! The quality is top tier and the picture on the lid isn’t blurred or distorted at all. Which is a problem I’ve had with similar products from other brands. My only complaint is this case is a little small. It’s okay for carrying a few emergency essentials like ibuprofen, allergy meds, etc. but the compartments aren’t big enough for 1 antacid chewable. It’s not so much a flaw with this product and more that I wish it came in bigger sizes.
