There are two other Fordyce products that the company makes called Fordyce gel and 3p gel. The 3p gel is used to treat pearly penile papules and I presume the Fordyce gel is used to treat Fordyce spots in the genital area also. **Q: Does it work? because i don't really mind to pay whatever it is. but i want something that works!.** A: I'm one of the "skeptics", but having tried a lot of different products, I have to say I was completely satisfied with the results of the product. I have been using the products for over a 6 weeks and I have seen a dramatic improvement (with zero side effects). Now, it is just my paranoia that people can see them, but everyone says "nothing is there". Give it a shot, I hope it works as well for you. **Q: What's the difference between liquid cream day and night? and the thicker cream day and night?** A: I did not really notice any texture difference in the day creams but I think the night cream is thicker when the scrub is added to it. When I used the original balms the night cream was a liquid texture but they did not work so I asked for the next strength plus balm and also asked for the scrubs which the company said they would add for free in the original email. So I presume they mixed the scrub into the night cream which made it thicker. **Q: Do i wash of the day cream before putting on the night cream or do i just put on the night cream on top of the day cream?** A: Give the day cream to soak into your lip. You'll know when its working when it starts to create an opening where you applied. Once there is an opening apply the night cream. I was very hopeful that it would work, based on the few great reviews that it had. If anything, I've noticed that three of my fordyce spots on my upper lip, have gotten bigger... The night cream just sits on my lip,dries out and falls off as my lips stretch to yawn or talk. The daytime cream, sort of stings when I wear it, for the first minute or so. Initially, I liked this feeling because I thought it was working, somehow the pain was due to the cream killing the spots. But, after a minute, the pain would go away. Then the thin layer of cream would dry out and fall off. The instructions say to wear it only once a day, but the layer falls off within an hour or so. After 3 weeks of seeing no results, I increased the application of the cream to 2 times a day, still with no results. I finished the product which lasted me for over two months. Absolutely no improvement whatsoever on my spots, if anything, I've noticed a few have only gotten bigger.
