If there is hazelnut or milk to this fragrance, it is undetectable. This is a in your face floral fragrance. I usually like a fragrance with hazelnut or pistachio, it calms the migrain Inducing, back of your throat catch. This fragrance has nothing soothing or calming about it. It is not for those who susceptible to migraines. It is not for me, I will be gifting it forward.

I expected better from a brand like Cacharel. This was just "meh". Not bad, but not great either, especially for so little product at this price point.

Yes I Am Fabulous Arrived as a tiny spray bottle not roll on as advertised! Manufacturer will not allow refund. I’m talking to Amazon now. Hopefully I can get my money back. AND very very disappointed in the scent! Was expecting light floral scent but smells more like Petuley. Not impressed.
