Hello, we have 2XL stock, but you may need to search with this product name, and then 2XL will come out.

Q: Does the coat feel plastic rain coat type or soft material

It's soft and pliable and waterproof. I found that the front legs were a bit short for my rough collie.

Q: Dose the hood fit? Do i order a size larger

The hood is fit. You can measure the size of your puppy and refer to our size chart.

Q: Can the dog still run in this coat?

I would say yes my dog has a retractable lead and runs his legs are only 8-9 inches long so I rolled the bottom up a bit. The first time he wore it he walked a bit funny ( like a show horse I thought) but just because he wasn’t used to the jacket with legs a couple of minutes and he was fine certainly kept him a lot cleaner and drier hope that helps
