Cezanne Express Blonde Keratin Smoothing Treatment 10 fl oz

Have been using this product for a couple of years - applied by salon professionals. I didn’t want to spend three plus hours in a salon with the pandemic, so decided to try a self applications. Product arrived quickly, packaged well. As for self application, I’m sure I used more product than necessary, and didn’t flat iron it as well as a salon would, but the results were pretty good. Start to finish was three hours. I have at least half a bottle left, so will self process again in a few months. I have had Japanese straightening, a keratin treatment that was very strong ( needed a fan blowing, eyes stung, scalp stung), and Cezanne. The Cezanne smooths the follicle, and helps with humidity, makes blow drying easier and faster. It doesn’t straighten, so if you want straight hair, choose another product. Keratin products have a tendency to yellow grey and ash blond hair. I love that Cezanne offers a product with a toner mixed in. I had no yellowing! Happy with the product and results.

Does act like keratin complex- which I have used multiple times in the past to smooth frizz- but this makes my hair smell like garbage when wet. It’s bad, friends. Rotting garbage. Hot garbage.

I've been getting this treatment since 2011. It turns out that as a former hairstylist, I can still perform this treatment on myself. It works incredibly well, and can make frizzy, curly hair tamed, glass-like smooth, and if you have blonde or white/gray hair, this has a bluing agent in it to keep light haircolor bright with no yellowing from the regular formula. I am thrilled with my hair and I always get compliments. The process is pretty straight forward but you should have always have a professional do this treatment, as with any professional products there can be problems if you don't know what you're doing.

Did work on my hair. I have curly frizzy hair and looking to tame my frizz but instead my hair more dry

I've been going to the salon 2x a year to get my hair straightened. They use Global brand with 2% formaldehyde $320 plus a tip. This really works to make my hair very straight and removes all the frizz, but its so unhealthy for you. Another beauty salon in my area uses this and said it really worked the same w/o the dangerous chemical. They wanted $300 to do this process. I found this on Amazon at a really good price and I did it myself. Its super easy and my hair looks amazing!! You must buy this if your looking for straight and frizz free hair. I'm very happy with this and would definitely buy again. .

Ingredients are different from the Cezanne website. Also experiencing more hair shedding after treatment. Wouldn’t recommend.

This is the same product that my hairdresser used ( as well as the clarifying shampoo ) and I got charged $550 for “half head”. As much as I will still do this once a year to get a good full keratin treatment in, this is wonderful for my roots in between said appointment and looks almost as good as when I pay to get it done. I’ll get easily 5 uses for my roots out of this one bottle ( $50 a treatment?! I’ll take it! ). Easy to use and instructions on the bottle couldn’t be more clear.

Well I thought this product might be good for strengthening and giving my hair conditioning. When I initially used it the first time, upon rinsing out, my hair tangled and I literally could not get the tangles out. I used tons of conditioners and even oil.. but eventually had to cut a piece out of my ends. I was mortified. This has never in my life ever happened when using any products. So if you do buy this, be very careful if your hair is fine. After I finally got it combed out and then blow dried and flat ironed.. yes.. it looked amazing.. but then again, it would look the same if I just washed it, used a good conditioner and did the same. Next day... hair still looked great however, when I did wash it the following day, I absolutely had to use a conditioner as it matted up again... there was something different about my hair after using this product.. but not in a good way.. after having used quite a bit of conditioner ( which I thought I wouldn't have to do after using this product) ; my hair dries flat... even when I blow dry and style.. it smooths but to the degree that it "flattens".. leaving no body or life in the hair. I can't wait for this product to fade away.. whatever it is all I can say is that if you have fine or thin hair, do not use.. and be very careful upon the rinsing after application to avoid matting and tangles. You will have to cut those out if you are not careful. I personally would not recommend this product to anyone. I have had a brazillian blow-out in the past and the result was much better for my hair. And remember, after washing your hair and using conditioner, anyone's hair is looking smooth and shiny after blowdrying and flat ironing.. which of course, we all know, only damages it further. It may look good for a day or two but it ultimately damages the hair. I'll just go back to my home-made oil treatments .. they do much better for the hair and scalp.
