I don't know how they are serving these so cheaply. They aren't made cheaply. They don't feel cheap. And they are comfortable. When I say comfortable, I'm not talking warm cozy fur slippers comfortable... It's a waist trainer not a cargo belt. Comfortable as in not unbearable if you size correctly and wear it consistently. I wanted the latex version because I don't want much wiggle room to it to expand. The latex literally hugs and molds to your body as it warms up throughout the day. It actually feels quite good, like a big bear hug all day. I work in an operating room as a surgical technologist and I've done more than my fair share of abdominal surgeries. In no way, shape or form can a waist trainer shift organs or break ribs 😒 that kind of trauma requires blunt force. Waist trainers aren't strong enough to create that situation. This one however does an excellent job of cinching in the waist and molding an hourglass shape. I use waist training to combat bloating and back pain. The added loss in inches is a plus! I've ordered my next size down already and I have only had this for a week but I'm down to the second hook. With these, you have to be mindful of how you breathe, which is a good thing! Too often we breathe too shallow. This trainer forces you to be conscious of your posture, food intake and respiratory rate. So it trains more than your waist. It teaches you to be aware of what you're putting in your body, how you're positioning your body and corrects breathing (makes you breathe from the lung area instead of shallow stomach breaths). Overall this is an excellent buy, definitely would recommend this over the Yianna trainer and definitely the overpriced and overhyped Luxx Curves trainers.

I am a guy that is 5'10", fairly athletic, but also with too much extra weight of about 40 Pounds due to the COVID dark ages (~220lb). I ordered a 3X in skin-tone with bones and love it. Fits as expected based off of the chart. It is pretty easy to put on. It is WAY THINNER than those "Ab Trimmer Sweat Belts" so it is less noticeable when wearing. My flub is in incognito mode! It is also more supportive overall. It feels like a really nice compression shirt with some rigid support. I also like that it covers from my upper rib bone all the way down to my pubic bone. That may be TMI, but it helps when sitting. It does not shift around or up on you. It stays in place. Yes, you can alter its placement. Still experimenting with it.My reasons for buying this (aside from wanting to get into shape) is that guys clothes are made weird or at least sit weird on me. It has basically started to cause a "muffin-top" style of flub to form above my pants waistline. Whether I lose the fat or not, my hope is to shift that fat around more evenly XD ALSO! It is to help hide the extra flub for when the in-laws visit. I am already self-conscience about my lack of fitness, but when they try to pinch the flub.... It is just embarrassing...... Lastly, I wanted something to squeeze my stomach to maybe help shrink it by eating less.So if you are a guy wanting to buy this, I can assure you that the shape of it is pretty body universal. I wouldn’t say that it is specifically tailored for a woman's body given how well it covers my torso. I think that what is being sold/marketed to men is junk compared to this.Thanks for reading this! it came in already opened packaging. it was inside a clear bag with a zip lock at the top, however the bottom of the bag was already cup open. my guess is someone purchased and then returned it before i got it. it works fine as a waist trainer, but is more of a waist cincher rather than something that would give you actual results like a corset. is comfy and gives a little bit of support but eventually gets a little annoying. i also feel like it would work best if you don't have a lot of back fat / have a low bmi since it pushes back fat up and so I don't feel comfortable wearing it unless i'm wearing a heavy sweatshirt over it to hide it. overall pretty okay but if you're looking for something that would give results for waist training, I would Highly recommend looking into and spending more on an actual corset from an actual brand that specializes in waist training.

Today is literally day 1! I received the item sooner than expected. I've literally had this trainer on for about 20 min. As I'm writing this review.Yes, instantly your posture is up right (as it should). No slouching, which is what I needed to work on- my posture. I purchased this item in hopes to flatten my stomach (I have a small pudge in the front) and just "maybe" take some inches off around my waist.The description says, "reduce your waist line 3-5 inches instantly". Idk how much truth is in that statement 🤔..but I will see! I plan to workout in this trainer, and just wear it often throughout the day.The material is comfortable & great quality (seems sturdy). I'm 5'4, 130 lbs. The waist trainer sits under my breasts (it's slightly rubbing against the bottom of my breasts because its length- slightly annoying).I purchased a size XS! Typically I'm a small in tops. One review helped me while deciding this purchase (which size to purchase)! A woman wrote, that the company gives you an extender and not to worry (If it was too small)! I'm SO Glad I listened to her- so thank you!! It finds our that I did NOT need the extender, and I have it on the last set of holes!BUT NO LIE-- 😆🤣🤣 Chile, I didn't think this thang would fit around my tummy! Lol. I said, oh lawd smh.. but was calm because I knew I had the extender! I fastened from the bottom up.Let's see if I can "cinch" my waist smaller with time 🤪 lol. I'm excited to see!Thank you! ❤

So according to my measurements I was supposed to order a XL, since the waist trainer comes with extention it made sense to get Large. Size down if your planning to loose weight. So I'm hooked on The last hook, I got 5 rows to work with as I shrink.You guys getting it on the first time jeez if someone was watching me they'd think I was crazy, the positions and faces I made hooking it up 😅🤣Once I break into this it will be easier to hook up.It fits so good hugs me right and a strong hold, you know it ain't going no where.I know when I workout I will sweat alot, which is what I want. Specific targeted area which is the stomach area. Even better when I have the hot cream and wrap this baby on, gonna get drenched.Seriously the quality is so good, strong, stitches, lining, hooks all perfect.I'm super happy with this purchase, bonus getting that 10 bucks off, was a cherry on top. 🍒

they made sure it fits. It redistributes my belly fat to have a more pleasant silhoutte.

Das ist bisher der beste Waistrainer, den ich je hatte-vom Tragegefühl her UND der Qualität der Verarbeitung!!!!Habe schon einige ausprobiertZuletzt, einen fast exakt optisch selben.Der war auch gut, aber bei Größe S war Schluss (also kleinere Größen gab es nicht) und der Stoff kam mehr so Neopren artig daher.Dieser Waistrainer in Größe xs, ist von der Qualität her mehr als 1A, sehr hochwertig vernäht, der Stoff fühlt sich aussen "gummiert" an, also irgendwie lederartig nicht wie Neopren und innen, ist es ein Baumwollstoff der angenehm weich auf der Haut liegt.Ich habe kein Schwitziges Hautgefühl beim Tragen, wie bei anderen Modellen/HerstellernIch habe Taillenumfang 68 und es sitzt wie eine zweite Haut, aber trotzdem noch sehr bequem.Fest eingepackt aber nicht luftabschnürend eingequetscht, würde ich den Tragekomfort benennen.Der Reissverschluss ist sehr hochwertig und lässt sich einfach hoch und runterziehen oder zu ruckeln etcBin mehr als begeistert und sehr zufrieden, Dankeschön ;)

Well I took the plunge and bought a waist trainer. Omg is it a nuisance to put on, it's a work out in itself to get on lol. You do a few hooks and then they open up again so start over, several times I may say too. So I fastened it all up, slathered myself in baby oil and stood in to it and pulled it up, yet another work out 🤣 but a bit easier. Then I heard its best to fasten from the bottom up so I'll try that next and see how it goes. Now I've used it while exercising and there's no restrictions in movement but I also found I didn't sweat as much as I thought I would. But its comfortable and I wore it for several hours but not yet worn it for work. I work in a busy restaurant and on my feet all day in the kitchen 7am to 7pm so I'm wearing it in a little before I decide to wear it in work. Over all I think its quite good just went for a bigger size than I should as with the extender i could have gone down a size.

Wir sind mit dem Taillenformer sehr zufrieden. Das Material fühlt sich leicht samtig an und wertig. Erst hatten wir eine zu große Größe bestellt, aber das Produkt fühlt - wenn man es erstmal trägt - doch größer aus, weshalb ich zur kleineren Größe tendieren würde. Praktischerweise liegt dem Former ein extra Extender bei, so dass auch eine anfangs zu klein gewählte Größe gut kompensiert werden kann.Das Anziehen des Taillenformers war anfangs in der Tat sehr anstrengend. Ein Korsett lässt sich schnüren, doch hier muss man kleine Häkchen einfädeln. Das ist in sofern schwierig, weil man dabei lange Zeit die Luft anhalten und den Bauch einziehen muss, sonst hat man keine Chance den Former zu schließen. Auch ist dabei - gerade wenn man ihn allein anzieht - einiges an Fingerfertigkeit verlangt. Nach einigen Male wird man aber besser und daher ist dies für mich kein negativer Punkt.Auch die Verarbeitung ist hoch, so dass wir bisher keine offenen Nähte oder andere Beschädigungen feststellen könnten. Unter der Kleidung trägt er zudem kaum auf, reduziert (formt) die Taille aber je nach Enge sehr stark. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt und würden ihn wieder kaufen :-)
