Please Be Aware
Though this remote is a great remote, Large colour Screen, custumiseable graphics etc, this remote cannot be used as an RF remote in the UK, it can only be used as an IR remote to control devices in clear view of sight or if devices are in cupboards, you could use an IR repeater kit.It clearly shows the item is in the states, but why it is not mentioned that this cannot be used as an RF remote in the UK & other parts of Europe is worrying. The URC MX-990 uses RF 413Mhz which is not legal to use in the UK, URC do, do this remote for the UK, which is the URC MX-990i....( i ) being very important if you want to use this as an RF remote in the UK, the RF of the MX-990i is 433Mhz which can be used here in the UK, Plus if you did want to use this as an RF remote, you will been an RF Receiver like the MRF-260i or MRF-350i.Also you need to be a registered dealer and programmer, even if you did manage to get hold of the CCP software, when you open the software you now have to sign into the registered dealer portal, to get into the software, if your not a registered dealer , there is no way off getting into the software, plus not being a registered dealer you will not get any support for CCP.
