Description
- Crystal-clear 12" x 18" x 1" polycarbonate lid for cooking Sous Vide. Custom-notched for the new front-facing Nomiku Wifi circulator. Fits our 5P 4.75 gal. polycarbonate pan or Cambro equivalent.
- Lid is a Cambro Camwear made in Huntington Beach, CA and machined in Hartsville, SC. Withstands boiling water temperature without distortion; is NSF and dishwasher safe.
- Lid can be used upright (snap fit) or inverted to nest down into pan to help condensation run off.
- Minimal 1/16" clearance minimizes heat loss through evaporation; lid can be added or removed without moving the circulator.
- Ships with a sheet of our twin-wall reflective insulation that can be used under or on top of the lid.
Even though plastic is less thermally conductive than metal a surprising amount of heat is lost during Sous Vide if the pan isn't covered. A tight fitting lid can reduce heat loss and energy usage by over 50% resulting in faster heating, improved circulator efficiency and money saved. This lid if designed to be used with our 5P 4.75 gal. polycarbonate pan. It will fit a Cambro 1218CCW135 food storage box as well, but our 5P pans (made from the Cambro) have an end notch to provide clearance for all commercial circulator clips. All of our 5L lids and 5P pans are made, machined and shipped from the USA.

Best Fit!
Cover cut to fit the Anova Wifi/Bluetooth models. Good fit. No gaps that allow steam to escape. Other tops are inferior.
