Got 1555 hours / 134 days from it. Not bad, but not the full 200 days. I've sent a warranty email to the manufacturer and I'm waiting on a response. If they honor my request/claim I will update this review. Update 1: I've been told that the 200 day warranty period has expired. That would mean that it's 200 days from purchase, not from first use. So keep that in mind. I don't know about everyone else, but generally people don't wait for a bulb to burn out without having a spare bulb on hand. So a 200-day warranty period should start upon first use, not upon purchase when it comes to purchasing a bulb (lamp in this case). That said, I've been told by the manufacturer that they will be sending me a new unit as a courtesy. I will update this review upon receipt. Update 2: I received my replacement bulb in the mail very quickly. I've installed it and it's working fine. I've changed my original 3 star review to 5 stars.

I needed a replacement lamp for my Epson PowerLite 3000 projector and couldn’t be happier with this purchase. The lamp arrived quickly and was packaged securely with clear installation instructions. Installation was straightforward and took less than 10 minutes. The brightness is exactly what I expected - looks just like the original lamp when my projector was new. What really impressed me was when I had a minor concern about lamp a few weeks after installation. I contacted customer service and they honored the warranty without any hassle. The process was smooth, professional, and they stood behind their product 100%. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually backs up their warranty promises. This "Cooban Lamp" damaged my projector and lasted one month! DO NOT BUY! I am writing this review to warn other customers about the severe issues I experienced with this "Cooban Lamp" advertised for an Epson 3200 overhead projectors. After installing this lamp, it completely damaged my projector, which cost me $3,000 to replace. To make matters worse, the lamp lasted one month before failing. This is an inferior product that not only failed prematurely but also caused significant, expensive damage to my equipment. When I tried to get a refund from Amazon, I was directed to contact the seller directly, which has not resolved the issue. I would give this product -10 if I could. Please, save yourself the headache and potential financial loss. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.

Pink hue on bottom of the screen after a couple of months. Burnt out after 6 months Update: the company reached out to me after my initial review. They refunded my money and sent me a second lamp and no charge. That is outstanding Customer Service and so far so good with the new lamp.

I had to replace a bulb in my Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 3100 projector. I replaced the bulb with the one from COOBAN but it went out after just a couple of months usage. I emailed Cooban and they replied THE SAME DAY! They asked for some additional info which I sent them and again got a response THE SAME DAY! They then mailed me a replacement bulb THE SAME DAY. This is the kind of service we’d all like, but mostly don’t expect. Based on how the bulb performs, I’ll provide further feedback, but this was Super Service!

I was a bit nervous buying non-oem parts, especially the lamp, but much to my pleasure this did the trick. I am not a projector expert and I don’t have a side-by-side comparison. To me, if you hadn’t told me the lamp was replaced, I’d be none the wiser. Visually it looks the same to me. Same light canon visuals as before, maybe even brighter on account to it being newer? I’m unsure. Only time will tell how this holds up in the long run, but suffice it to say that at this price point, I’m fairly happy. My OEM projector died at 2200 hours on eco. Ideally, I’ll report back in a year or two, hopefully no sooner Edit: 1 year update, this bulb has withstood the trial of time. Still works, still bright. Would definitely recommend and will buy again.

This isn't a budget bulb, this costs a bit more. Seemed like a bargain compared to those over $100. However...it was great while it lasted, which was 60 hours. These are supposed to last for thousands of hours (at least a good 1,000 before going dim). I'm incredibly annoyed that I can't count on anything with these products. The box said "guaranteed 200 days" - which isn't even how bulb life is measured, which is in hours. I have been using projectors since 2001 so I'm no novice. I assure you, this is priced low enough get you interested while priced high enough to make you think it's a good product. Here is the issue - I do not trust this brand anymore. I repeat, 60 HOURS and then burned out. I returned it and couldn't risk a replacement. I had to use my old bulb and buy a better more reliable bulb from another company. In the meantime, I had to use my old bulb, which is dim but at least it works. This isn't a fluke, this is a budget bulb disguised as a good value for making you feel it's mid-priced. I won't slander this company but I certainly won't endorse them either. Buy at your own risk.

This was the second time I purchased this bulb after my last one expired but this one only lasted four months since I bought it in February.

Die Schrauben sind minimal zu kurz und greifen nicht. Mit denen aus der alten Lampe war es kein Problem. Der Artikel war sehr gut verpackt und es ist ein kleiner Schraubendreher dabei. Das Bild ist hervorragend.

Got this lamp to replace my dimming (and then suddenly burned out) OEM bulb in my Epson 4010 4K projector. Super easy to install, perfect fit and "screw length" was not an issue as some other reviews had mentioned. Picture came on immediately, very bright and clear... certainly a huge upgrade from what my expiring bulb was producing. What this bulb's longevity will look like will be the bigger issue, I suppose... but out of the box and into my projector it's an easy 5 stars.

I don’t write reviews usually. I have ordered wrong model and had it sit passed return deadline. Then I contacted support ,the seller very kindly offered me a replacement. The bulb refreshed my projector with much brighter and sharper images, I’m very happy with the product and service behind showing their hearts to back their products.

Wow! I bought this replacement bulb 6 months ago and then realized a degradation of the performance of the bulb. I sent an email to the address provided within the package and received a swift response. They sent me a new bulb and followed up to made sure I was satisfied. I am very satisfied and will buy my next bulbs from them from now on.

First bulb lasted less than 3 months, sent email for warranty and no reply. Only ordered this one hoping to get warranty on first bulb.
