Most horrible service.. poor product
Lock is not letting me setup admin fingerprint..Without this, i can't add anyone else..Iam trying to return it .Filed return request on the 12th..It says return will be initiated post seller approval..They are not doing it since the last 8 days..It's already the 20th..

Really worth it for money
To be honest I was using this product from last few months and I just charged it for one time durability of batteries also good to product quality is also good you get a premium segment product in quite cheap value of money and really this can be helpful to you and your house you don’t have to carry a key with you and no one can enter without your permission or no one can break it

It's a trap
If a thief damages fingerprint sensor, even owner can't access his own safe. It's a loss of the cost of the lock plus the hassle.
